Studio Final: Site and Roof Plan

This is a layout of Copley Square which was completed during the intensive. The yellow box identifies our site in its relationship to the square. This plan also begins to document the other amenities of the park (trees, grass, plazas, water feature and adjacent buildings). There is subway access between our site and Dartmouth. Exiting from the subway is across Dartmouth near the New Old South Church.
This is the roof restaurant/patio dining located at the roof of the vertical park. The space on the bottom of the plan is the outdoor dining venue which affords views to the square and beyond. This will be a seasonal dining venue because of its open nature. Year round dining would take place on the top portions of the plan. Diners could access this space during the winter to view the square if desired.
