Studio Final: Section

This is the overall north/south section through the building with Copley Square located to the right. The green outlines the extents of the park (both exterior in front of the building and the vertical park within. The elevator shown serves the entire building. The other elevator, located in the corner of the building, serves just the vertical park environment (see the floor plans for elevator locations). The section through the rooftop garden portrays the outdoor dining venue which is rich in landscaping and views. The canopy cover is located to afford protection from the summer sun much like the trees in the square.

This section shows the entry at street level with the retail levels of the store depicted adjacent the vertical park. There are displays, nooks and crannies mimicking the street level around the square at the different levels of the vertical park. Entry to the retail space is present on every level of the vertical park adjacent the store.
